Refund Policy

When refunds apply, how long they take, and what is non-refundable.

1. Subscription Refunds

  • 14-day free trial — no charge if you cancel before the trial period ends.
  • Monthly subscriptions — full refund within 48 hours of payment if our admin team has not yet approved your account.
  • Approved accounts — no refunds after admin approval and dashboard access is granted. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
  • Annual subscriptions — pro-rated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days, calculated as (annual fee) − (months elapsed × monthly equivalent). After 30 days, no refund.

2. Rejected Applications

If your application is reviewed and rejected by our admin team for any reason (incomplete profile, document mismatch, eligibility), a full refund is processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

3. Auction Transactions

  • Pre-dispatch cancellation by farmer — buyer's escrow funds are returned in full within 24 hours. The farmer's account is subject to penalty review (repeated cancellations affect seller rating).
  • Quality dispute after delivery — buyer must raise a dispute within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. KrishiPulse's dispute resolution team reviews within 48 hours. If upheld, escrow is partially or fully returned to the buyer based on damage assessment.
  • Non-payment by buyer after winning bid — buyer's account is suspended, the farmer may relist the lot at no additional cost, and a penalty fee may be deducted from the buyer's wallet for repeated offences.

4. IoT Hardware (Future)

When KrishiPulse begins selling IoT hardware directly, hardware refunds will follow our hardware return policy (to be published separately at the time of launch). Hardware bought from third-party vendors is governed by that vendor's policy.

5. Processing Time

Refunds initiated to bank accounts typically appear within 3–7 business days depending on your bank. UPI refunds typically arrive within 24 hours.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Write to support@krishipulse.com with your phone number, transaction ID, and reason.
  2. Or call/WhatsApp +91 98990 25445 during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm IST).
  3. Our team responds within 4 hours on business days.

7. Non-refundable Items

  • Platform commission already deducted on a completed sale.
  • GST already remitted to the government.
  • Subscription fees for service periods already consumed.
